PRODUCT SALES MANAGER (PRODUCT LAUNCH, ROADMAP PLANNING)
The Starlink Enterprise Sales team is hiring a results-driven, capable Product Sales Manager to support Starlink’s adoption across the world. Starlink brings an unprecedented opportunity to positively impact communities, businesses, and governments worldwide. This role is part of a high velocity team with extremely high expectations – the role requires a strong balance of business and technical acumen, as well as knowledge of the Starlink product and network, to support the Enterprise Sales team in achieving revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the change management and launch process for Starlink’s Enterprise service evolution
- Identify whether existing processes can scale further, or opportunities to simplify and automate
- Own feature request intake and roadmap planning 6-12 months in the future for Starlink’s Enterprise Services, working closely with technical sales architecture, product engineering, and business operations
- Be the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring teams do not compromise on customer experience for the sake of a deadline
