As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical commercial and operational role, owning the end-to-end quote-to-order lifecycle for licensing and related commercial activities. You will act as the strategic backbone for Account Managers, driving the majority of the licensing process while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end quotation, contract, and order lifecycle (quote-to-order)
- Build and structure complex commercial offers and pricing models
- Manage and respond to RFPs and formal bid processes
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and partner contracts
- Drive the license selling process from quotation to execution
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Operations, and delivery teams
- Support and develop channel partner relationships and business activities
- Maintain accurate data and ensure high-quality pipeline and CRM management
What we need to see from you
- Strong experience in software licensing, inside sales, or sales operations roles
- Proven expertise with Microsoft licensing programs (EA, CSP)
- Experience handling RFPs, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to structure complex deals
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication skills (Hungarian + English)
