As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the sales organization by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining Salesforce data, and optimizing sales processes and reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to drive improvements, and support key sales initiatives. Strong experience in sales or business operations, advanced Excel and Salesforce skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
What will you do?
- Maintain the Sales Operations email queue to act as frontline support to our Sales teams
- Performs regular maintenance on sales data in Salesforce.com
- Work with cross functional departments for common operations best practices around process, system and data to scale
- Evaluates ways to automate and improve current processes, tools and dashboards to drive operational and productivity improvements
- Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, effectively incorporates improvements and track success
- Work on continuous improvement on territories and accounts
- Assist with onboarding the sales team and ensuring sales team has what they need
- Assist with GTM operations special ad hoc projects and analysis
- Establish and formally document best practices and standards for sales productivity
- Provide support and evaluate upcoming projects in other areas in order to support the growing business
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 5+ years in a business or sales operations role
- Excellent communicator both in-person and virtually
- Experience using spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for data manipulation
- Territory management experience for sales data
- Comfortable working with Excel pivot tables and vlookups
- Experience working with a CRM system, specifically Salesforce.com
- Experience with typical Sales Technology Stack (Loopio/RFP experience preferred)
- Strong creative problem solving abilities
- Results driven, self motivated and ability to multitask
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
