As a Commercial Solution Engineer, you will drive the technical side of the sales process, aligning our endpoint technology with the needs of fast-moving commercial customers. You’ll deliver impactful demos and seamless proof-of-concepts, helping prospects clearly see our competitive advantage. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll use your cybersecurity expertise to build strong relationships and support deal success.
What will you do ?
- Work with prospects and customers to align their goals and requirements with SentinelOne offerings. Illustrate SentinelOne's value to prospective customers, including C-level executives, security engineers, IT operations, DevOps, and engineering professionals.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with both executives and technical audiences.
- Successfully pitch revolutionary technology to various stakeholders.
- Support sales teams by aligning SentinelOne offerings to prospects' and customers' requirements.
- Drive direction and strategy of demonstrations and proof-of-concept efforts.
- Foster strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, and within the SentinelOne team.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry competitors, forums, and implement similar protections.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a presales role in cybersecurity, with endpoint security awareness
- Curiosity to achieve mastery of all SentinelOne technologies
- Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies
- Use concise written and oral communication skills to effectively lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations and conversations with both executives and technical audiences
- Must have demonstrable experience successfully selling to the mid-size / commercial markets
- Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Should have basic knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, notable malware and anti-malware solutions and techniques.
- Team focused approach and positive attitude are a must
- Travel up to 50% possible.
- Experience working in the field of computer forensics, security architect, penetration/red teamer, or incident responder a plus
- Fluent English and French is a requirement for this role
