Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, shaping communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires high autonomy, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate complex and evolving business environments, delivering impactful and measurable communication outcomes. In addition, this role will elevate Schneider Electric Korea’s external visibility through strategic PR, thought leadership, media and social channel management, while ensuring integrated execution across owned, earned, and internal channels. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES 1. External Communications (EC) PR Leadership: 50% Develop and execute integrated external communications strategy (PR, media, executive profiling, stakeholder engagement) Lead strategic public relations initiatives to strengthen corporate reputation and brand positioning Drive thought leadership programs aligned with key priorities (e.g., sustainability, digital transformation, AI/data center, smart factory) Build and manage relationships with media, government bodies, and industry associations Drive proactive storytelling and content development (press releases, bylines, interviews, executive profiling) Provide strategic counsel to Korea leadership on communications positioning and reputation management Monitor public policy, media landscape, and market sentiment to deliver insights to leadership 2.
