What will you do? As a Senior Digital Solutions Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative technology solutions on time and within budget. Lead and oversee digital solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, cybersecurity, vendors) to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. Define project deliverables and milestones, develop detailed project plans, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, progress, and outcomes. Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance oversight for technology partners. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data governance policies, and industry regulations. Provide regular reporting on project status, financial performance, and KPIs to senior leadership. Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI.
