Production Planner Assistant

Be part of our dynamic manufacturing team where you'll drive excellence in production processes! We're looking for a Production Planner Assistant who is passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement to join our innovative manufacturing environment. What will you do: Lead and coordinate manufacturing processes through effective team collaboration and resource optimization Execute and deliver standardized work training to ensure operational excellence and quality standards Manage short interval processes at line level while identifying and escalating improvement opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and problem-solving Monitor production schedules and implement necessary adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency Assembly and Wiring of products on the plant floor (25% of the role) Create Purchase Orders using Coupa What will make you successful: Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and production methods Problem-solving mindset with experience in process improvement Excellent communication skills and ability to train others Strong organizational and time management capabilities Key Skills: SAP experience (Materials modules). Inventory Control Material Handling Component Identification Quality Checking Root Cause Problem Solving Lean Manufacturing, 5S Visual Controls Inventory management, Cycle Counting and Kitting Ensuring accurate material flow and providing updates within the ERP system Experience with Coupa ideal What's in it for you:…
