Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated individual to serve as Electronics Chapter Leader for the Power Products Division in Energy Management. The position has responsibility for team members in United States, Canada and Mexico. The team mission is to influence the design for manufacturability and testability of printed circuit board assemblies on new product development. Major Responsibilities Manages a cross-functional team within the specific industrialization expertise domains to achieve project KPIs (printed circuit boards, printed circuit board assembly, dispensing, soldering, automatic optical inspection, in-circuit test, PCBA functional test) Lead the new product introduction process by creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets within the scope of electronics Develops his/her team according to the competency strategy linked to technologies and innovations. People development includes technical skills, soft skills and personal development skills. Drives a systematic, data driven process to evaluate the best solution for optimized CAPEX, OPEX, resources, quality targets, industrial footprint and supply chain flows Ensures the successful ramp-up and transfer to the electronics manufacturing sites through definition of welcoming expectations, training and post launch support to achieve the agreed upon metrics…
