Job Purpose: The Customer Project Manager – Technical Execution Tendering is responsible for managing the technical scope, planning, and documentation of customer projects from tendering to execution phases. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, driving project performance through effective planning, KPI monitoring, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Coordination Establish and maintain the time and information exchange flow with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer and business expectations. Provide Planning KPIs and performance dashboards for Steering Committees and Project Review meetings. Coordinate across global and cross-functional project stakeholders to ensure on-time and quality project delivery. Customer Project Execution Manage technical execution of customer projects, from small package projects to large and complex multi-site projects. Lead functionally the technical project team ( 10 people), ensuring clear delegation, control, and accountability. Ensure that the technical solution delivered meets customer requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change management across the technical scope. Documentation Management Drive end-to-end project documentation deliverables, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customer and company standards.
