Senior Agile Project Manager – R D (Offer Creation) Locations: Cedar Rapids, IA | Nashville, TN | Raleigh, NC About the Role Schneider Electric Power Products North America is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to lead high-impact R D and offer creation projects that shape the future of our power distribution portfolio. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and quality to deliver innovative, competitive, and customer-focused offerings. You will own projects end-to-end, from concept through launch, balancing speed, quality, cost, and business value in a dynamic, matrixed environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product strategy and accelerate time-to-market for solutions that power a more sustainable future. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $165,000 - $180,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
