We are looking for a passionate and committed HR professional who will report to the Hong Kong HR Director and play a key role in supporting the Hong Kong HR agenda through both Talent Management execution and HRBP support. The position will be primarily focused on Talent Management, supporting the delivery of key talent programs such as performance management, talent reviews, and development initiatives. The HRBP component provides customers facing exposure to business partnering, with opportunities to develop commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability. This is an ideal development role for an HR professional who has a strong interest in talent management and aspires to grow into a broader HRBP role in the future. What will you do: Talent Management Support the implementation and execution of talent management processes, including: Performance management and goal setting cycles Talent review and succession planning Leadership and talent development programs Assist in designing and developing leadership and employee development initiatives, working closely with Learning Development partners. Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including sourcing, logistics, and participant communications Maintain and analyze talent data (e.g. performance, potential, succession coverage) to generate insights and reports for HR and business leaders.
