Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Team Leader and drive operational excellence through effective leadership and continuous improvement initiatives! DGM Manufacturing production: Key Responsibilities Production Operations Management Lead and manage production/manufacturing sector performance through structured team leadership and hierarchical animation. Align workforce, equipment, and materials with short- and medium-term production requirements. Drive execution of standardized work practices across the shopfloor. Lead Short Interval Management (SIM) to monitor performance and address deviations in real-time. Escalate operational issues proactively and ensure timely resolution. Manufacturing Performance Delivery Drive operational KPIs across: Safety Quality Delivery/Service levels Cost efficiency Optimize utilization of manufacturing resources (people, processes, systems). Ensure adherence to SPS (Schneider Production System/Lean principles or equivalent). People Management Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for production teams. Build capability through structured training and development plans. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement. Continuous Improvement Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma A3 Problem Solving 8D / Kaizen Identify and eliminate waste, variability, and inefficiencies in production processes. Drive sustainable improvements aligned to business and customer needs. Manufacturing Supply Chain Planning Optimize end-to-end manufacturing flows from supplier to customer.
