The Opportunity: Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, the BMS Commissioning Lead provides technical and operational leadership for the commissioning and delivery of customer projects within Building Management Systems (BMS). Working closely with Project Managers, this role is accountable for driving delivery excellence, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Leading the commissioning strategy and ensuring all deliverables and documentation meet Schneider Electric standards and quality expectations. Driving project planning and scheduling activities, proactively managing risks and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Providing leadership and oversight to subcontractors, ensuring installation quality, consistency, and adherence to standardised practices across multiple sites. Championing cost-effective, innovative, and scalable system design solutions that optimise project outcomes and profitability. Ensuring full compliance with Schneider Electric’s Customer Project Process (CPP), management systems, and relevant Australian Standards.
