End User Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven End Users Key Account Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in this key industry. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales across product lines, supporting project execution, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our business operations. Sales Customer Management Achieve sales targets for assigned direct and indirect customer segments and product groups (revenue, margin, portfolio growth, and retention). Develop and implement customer action plans and ensure accurate sales forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including top management, to promote Schneider Electric solutions. Ensure compliance with commercial policies and internal procedures. Project Bid Management Identify and participate in tenders, including offer preparation and documentation. Provide local support for projects managed by other departments or segment directors. Ensure timely and accurate submission of offers and manage customer expectations.
