The Global Kaizen Continuous Improvement Leader provides enterprise‑wide leadership for Kaizen execution, capability development, and governance. This role ensures Kaizen events are strategically aligned, rigorously executed, and deliver sustained business impact across regions, functions, and value streams. The leader owns the global Kaizen operating model, including standards, competencies, governance, and best‑practice deployment. Assuring Kaizen is a repeatable, measurable engine for quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer experience improvement. This position reports to the Global Continuous Improvement Director and is based in the international zone (India, Philippines, East Asia) Enterprise‑Wide Kaizen Leadership Business Impact Ensure Kaizen activity is tightly aligned to enterprise strategy, quality priorities, and financial objectives. Partner with senior leaders to translate business problems into focused Kaizen opportunities. Lead and deploy global, cross‑functional Kaizen events (3–5 days) addressing high‑impact quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer issues. Ensure Kaizen events deliver quantified results within 60 days, with validated problem statements, measurable outcomes, and sustained controls. Act as the senior facilitator and coach, enabling teams to identify root causes, design robust countermeasures, and achieve consensus-driven execution. Kaizen Effectiveness Competency Governance Define and maintain global Kaizen standards, including event selection criteria, facilitation methodology, deliverable expectations, and closure rigor.
