Technical team coordination management: - Lead the development and provide final approval for both basic and detailed designs of integrated solutions, ensuring 100% alignment with customer technical performance requirements. - Direct the technical team’s workflow to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and in strict accordance with the project schedule. - Proactively monitor technical costs and resource allocation to ensure the technical scope remains within the established project budget. -Oversee all technical activities at manufacturing sites, supplier premises, and testing facilities, maintaining high standards of execution until formal project closure. Technical coordination of project stakeholders: -Work closely with Project Managers, technical designers, and specialized engineers to ensure seamless integration across all segments of the technical scope. - Proactively identify needs for specialized technical support and manage the deployment of subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead all technical aspects for sub-contracted project scopes, working in close partnership with the procurement team to ensure quality and compliance. -Act as a single point of contact for customers and all project stakeholders regarding the technical content of the project; and ensure technical coordination among the project team (Global teams, Electra, C SP, REPs, Factories, etc.).
