About the Role (Mission) The CXCT Adoption Leader East Asia will be the linking pin between the CXCT global upstream organization and the downstream Zone/Country operations teams. He/she acts as a funnel to ensure the operations have only one main stakeholder to sync up with, while dealing with a larger more complex CXCT organization in the background.
