About the role As a Global Communications Intern, you will support the Global Communications team on activities related to SPICE+ (our intranet) and Viva Engage. This role is ideal for students with a background in communications or digital media who are interested in how large organizations manage content, support publishers, and continuously improve internal communication platforms. During the internship, you will: SPICE+ (Intranet) Support change activities for media libraries, including training materials, FAQs, and Q A documentation; Help archive and organize news content to ensure clarity and easy access; Investigate and propose solutions to: collect and act on publishers’ feedback; automate selected recurring tasks where possible.
