Ensure optimal operation of the production lines. Manage projects, including organizing the work of colleagues and subcontractors, and collaborating with other departments. No direct reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA. Experience in managing technical investments. Strong leadership and project management skills.
