Role Purpose The Plant Manager is fully accountable for the safe, cost‑effective, and efficient operation of the heating components manufacturing site. The role leads all plant activities including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, facilities and people management, ensuring the site delivers against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability objectives while supporting business growth. What will you do: Plant Leadership Operations Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Own and deliver site performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews and drive corrective actions. Supply Chain Material Management Full accountability for site supply chain performance, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance. Ensure continuity of supply to meet production and customer demand. Optimise inventory levels while maintaining service levels and working capital targets. Collaborate with strategic suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
