We're looking for an energetic professional to lead and inspire our warehouse teams while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Distribution Operations Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery performance across customers, factories, and project sites. Design and optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to maximize space and productivity. Manage multi‑warehouse or regional distribution center operations as applicable. Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators (job codes LWB1, 2 3) in a Distribution Center/Warehouse. Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc. Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department. May occasionally fill in for or assist LWB1 or LWB2 operators as needed. May be responsible for temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities.
