Step into a role where you shape sales strategy, bring service offerings to customers, and help our customers improve their daily operations. As our Head of Service Sales Finland, you will lead a team of Services Sales Representatives. Your mission will be to develop a high-performance team, drive collaboration with other sales teams in Schneider Electric, while also managing some key accounts and opportunities yourself. What You'll Do: Lead the team of Services Sales Representatives and act as a people manager according to our values leadership code. Contribute to the development of Schneider Electric's business in Finland as a member of the Country Leadership team and the Nordic Baltic Global service leadership team Drive sales excellence across account management and pipeline management Build the strategic growth plan, including both vision and sales execution roadmap for Services in Finland Convert services leads from the Installed base into business opportunities and drive transformation towards a digital, consultative business approach.
