OFFER QUALITY LEADER Job Summary: As an Offer Quality Leader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality systems and processes to ensure that all New Product Development (NPD) and Engineered-to-Order (ETO) projects meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards. You will lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle, from design to field performance, ensuring robust quality assurance practices are embedded at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Quality Systems Audits Design and enhance quality systems aligned with organizational and industry standards. Develop and implement audit schemes to verify the effectiveness of quality methods and their alignment with project objectives. Product Project Quality Lead quality assurance for NPD and ETO projects, ensuring final products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Apply quality standards and methods to cooling products such as chillers, CRAC, and CDU systems. Collaborate with design and supplier teams to ensure quality compliance in new part development. Design Development Support Conduct quality design reviews and provide actionable feedback based on pilot manufacturing and field data. Develop and maintain DFMEA, and define CTQ (Critical to Quality) and CTP (Critical to Process) parameters. Analyze field issues and drive corrective actions to improve product design and reliability.
