Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Shipping Supervisor in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will lead daily shipping operations, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, on‑time delivery of customer orders. You will collaborate cross‑functionally, oversee a team of shipping personnel, and support Schneider Electric’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. What will you do? Identify, update, and optimize work procedures; prepare work schedules and manage workflow priorities. Provide clear written and verbal instructions to team members. Inspect work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures. Standardize processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency. Identify, lead, and execute continuous‑improvement initiatives within the shipping function. Ensure accurate and timely shipment of all customer orders. Manage and process freight claims as needed. Analyze and resolve issues related to inventory, deliveries, and sales orders; provide periodic reports and updates to management. Lead efforts to identify and resolve shipping barriers or constraints. Serve as a subject matter expert for material handling and providing strategies aligned with the Schneider Production System.
