Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for managing moderate size and complex Data Centre projects for International Solution Centre C&SP from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of customer projects. The individual in this position confirms customer requirements which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions. Support Project Manager for Project planning, monitoring, controlling for execution, target achievement & shortfall analysis covering mainly for Data Centre Projects (Electrical Distribution) covering mainly Transformers, LV Switchboards, DBs, Bus ducts etc. Conduct iKOM, KOM, Project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders, Site Review meeting on periodic basis. Co-ordinate with all internal stakeholders (all supporting functions - Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Contracts, Legal, Site Erection & Commissioning) for flawless execution of multiple projects, escalation & vendor management. Visit to Customer/Consultant/vendor/Site Locations as per Project requirement for project progress. Support Project Manager for Monthly Planning of Sales, Billing & Collection activities for Electrical EPC Projects and ensure to meet targeted goals. Ensuring the Electrical projects are completed within the given budget and strive for margin improvement. Develop a detailed project plan (MS Project) to monitor and track project progress Support Project Manager for Risk management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and deciding how to mitigate them. Support Project Manager for Monitoring and control of projects status at various stage of process to ensure quality and accuracy. Preparation of monthly project MIS reports based on SAP data and other project trackers on various tools such Jira, SGV and other project monitoring tools. SAP related functionalities required for project execution. Preparing and maintaining project documentation. Complying with relevant and applicable procedures Qualification & Experience: B.E /B.TECH – Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Equivalent. At least 8-10 years proven track record of Project Management experience handling Commercial package projects in Building/ Industrial/ Data centre segments Good knowledge of Electrical Distribution Systems and standards Good knowledge of Contract Law and Trade documents Good understanding of Budgeting and financial implications, including cash flows Familiar with Commercial and Legal implications of contracts and with regulatory requirements Skillset requirements: Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with project management software tools like MSP, Primavera etc. BE/ Btech Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
