from Schneider Electric careersMission: We are looking for a marketing manager to take full marketing ownership for a given customer channel, in this case Consultants, to adapt and execute channel growth action plans, ensuring channel saturation (specifically the tail), specifying full width of wallet, manage the customer portfolio, and execute the digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Understanding who are the key customers in the market - who is winning the spec work and how this links to our coverage model and how we cover and target them across all areas of the business Defining channel value proposition, sales content, offer demos, training content Planning, creating, and executing consultant‑focused training programmes, events, and customer engagement activities, ensuring measurable impact against defined KPIs such as specification growth, pipeline creation, and tool adoption Deploying global programs badges where appropriate.
