Join us as a Service Excellence Analytics Intern to make an impact! You will join the Services Excellence team where you will work on projects to drive Services team transformation. Location: Kallang The Role: Mission: You will join the Service Excellence team where we transform and develop our organisation to meet our customer needs and growth ambition. You will be exposed to transversal business topics across services, responsible to analyze business performance, and drive simplification actions through automation & digital tools. What will you do: Analyze internal business performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support to facilitate the preparation of sales cadence, business review, etc. Support salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making. Conduct market research to benchmark industry practices, assess competitive positioning, and identify emerging trends. Support automation and digitalisation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance data accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and impact. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
