The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week. As a Plant Project Controller, you will be supporting our El Paso Campus NAM GSC ETO plants. This role focuses on understanding and managing project actual costs across SWBD, LVDO, MetalClad, and other Low/Medium Voltage Distribution offers. Key Responsiblities Partner with Plant Project Management to drive visibility and performance of project and order results. Develop and implement plant project controlling processes including cost variance, statutory insights, and order‑level controlling. Collaborate with NAM Ops and NAM GSC stakeholders to advance project‑controlling transformation across ETO plants. Support end‑to‑end project analysis and feedback cycles for GSC operations and Power Systems commercial teams. Own Finance Business Partner role deliverables, focusing on GSC, labor, and freight for project‑related activities. Support internal control and compliance programs, including monthly KIC cross‑audits and order‑lifecycle controls.
