About the Role As a Senior Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key player in driving high-quality production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management practices while supporting both manufacturing and supplier-related quality topics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem‑solving, cross-functional collaboration, and leading quality improvements in a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, review and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Define quality assurance guidelines, objectives and manage internal audits. Monitor production quality performance and initiate immediate actions when KPIs show deviation. Support SIM2 daily production meetings and ensure quick corrective responses. Analyze manufacturing and customer quality issues, lead root-cause investigations (8D). Define, monitor and follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Lead complex, system-level quality improvement projects. Provide product quality feedback to relevant internal teams. Support production and incoming quality teams in addressing supplier-related issues detected on the production line. Stop production or delivery when necessary to prevent quality risks. Coordinate and develop the assigned quality team, including coaching and performance monitoring. Review and follow up on individual development plans.
