from Schneider Electric careersDepartment Universal Enclosures Line of Business (LOB) Purpose of the Role As Segment Solutions Business Developer for Universal Enclosures, you will act as the global leader responsible for designing technical solutions that drive sales development for Infrastructure (Power Grid and Mobility), with a specific focus on E-Mobility and New Energy Landscape projects. This role requires close coordination with the IG and OG sales organizations worldwide. You will become a market expert within the organization, providing strategic insights and shaping best-in-class solutions and architectures to support business growth in this strategic segment. Responsibilities include working on specifications with Global Solution/System Architects, understanding customer requirements, prototyping and validating technical solutions, and engaging in technical meetings with strategic customers to define Infrastucture solutions. You will serve as the single point of contact and expert for Enclosures solutions deployment for Infrastructure targeted accounts globally or regionally, ensuring prescription, sustainable growth, and successful tendering processes. Collaboration with global and local stakeholders—including Sales Account Executives, Sales Directors, Corporate Segment Experts, and Technical Design Offices in Spain France—is key. Additionally, you will develop partnerships with Internal Regional and Global Technical Hubs (ie. DPAC, GAC, RAC…) Teams to promote Universal Enclosures for Infrastructure specific accounts.
