About This Role

Sales Development Representatives are the engine of Rubrik's go-to-market strategy. Through targeted outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, you'll generate a high-quality pipeline for our field sales teams. This means researching accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and earning meetings with decision-makers at organizations that need what Rubrik offers.

This is a launchpad role — built to develop you into a full-cycle sales professional. Our SDRs receive structured coaching, ongoing training, and a defined career path into closing roles.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Pipeline Generation

  • Support the Montreal and Toronto territories
  • Research target accounts, identify high-potential contacts, and craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for field sales teams
  • Leverage customer success stories, case studies, and proof points in your outreach to demonstrate real-world impact — connecting a prospect's pain to how Rubrik has already solved it for organizations like theirs
