About Role:
As a Reliability Analyst in the Customer Programs team, you will support the end-to-end management of in-service field events, ensuring accurate data structuring, stakeholder coordination, and documentation to enable reliability and product performance improvements.
What You Will Do:
- Review and screen field events received through designated data platforms and validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of event information.
- Identify data gaps and inconsistencies; coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance overall data quality.
