Not RequiredThe Lead Electrical Assembler III is responsible for coordinating daily production activities while performing and overseeing high-quality electrical assembly work in support of program and customer requirements. This role ensures production priorities are met, workmanship and compliance standards are upheld, and continuous improvement initiatives are supported through effective collaboration, technical expertise, and adherence to safety, quality, and operational expectations.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate production activities within the Melbourne CNS IPT.
- Ensure daily priorities are completed and maintain effective pass-down with other shifts.
- Once properly trained and/or certified, perform specific tasks including but not limited to, soldering, hardware installation, post coating.
