Responsibilities Process monthly payrolls for International entities in EMEA Process and review new hires, terminations, payroll file maintenance changes and deductions Review timesheets, time off accruals and reports to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies Review and process verification of employment forms Troubleshoot problems with paychecks, tax deductions, timecard issues and other payroll related matters Respond to questions from employees regarding paychecks, direct deposits and/or general payroll questions Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide high-quality customer service Assist accounting with researching and resolving funding discrepancies Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Payroll administration in a rapid growth environment Detail oriented and extremely well organized Ability to…
