Role Summary This position will be based in the Carson, CA Rivian facility, requires you to work on-site and will report to the Lab Operation Manager. You'll be a key member of the product development team, bringing to production Rivian’s next generation of Propulsion Electric Machines and Traction Inverters. You'll be responsible for Electric Motor tear-downs, Builds, Test instrumentation. You'll be responsible for Dynamometer and Motor Lab maintenance, repair, test setups and operation of the high-speed electric machine dynamometers.
