Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized and visionary Maintenance Engineer to transform our maintenance operations across the EDV and R1 Bodyshops. Your primary mission will be to lead the department's cultural and operational shift from a reactive mentality to a world-class, proactive reliability model. Acting as the central hub for scheduling and resource management, you will champion Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to maximize asset uptime and ensure seamless production.
