Role Summary As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will help implement new paint infrastructure, new process development, equipment implementation and support our Illinois and Georgia factory expansions. This role is located at our Normal, IL or Georgia facility with an expectation of frequent travel to Rivian factories and suppliers and reports directly to a Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering. Responsibilities Take ownership over a portion of Rivian’s Paint production process, working with internal Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Controls teams and external integrators to grow our manufacturing capabilities. Design and implement processes equipment to grow production capacity in line with corporate goals. Partner with production engineers and leaders to ensure a successful ramp and long-term production.…
