Role Summary The Launch Quality, Manager will be a cross-functional role that ties together Product Development, Engineering and Operations organizations to bring new vehicles to life. In this role, you will partner with Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Production Control, Manufacturing Process Engineering teams to be the voice of Quality manufacturing during Prototype builds ensuring that all branches of quality functions are ready to deliver high-quality vehicles to our customers. You will be responsible for the generation of strategic plans to drive optimization and efficiency through data, improve quality processes, help create the company's quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance on a vehicle platform level.
