The WORK:
Ripple is growing its Global Compliance team and seeks to hire a Compliance Manager (AML/CTF Compliance Officer) in its Brazilian entity. The candidate will be passionate about leading and improving Ripple Brazil's compliance program. Additionally, the role will focus on operationalizing Ripple Brazil's digital currency exchange & payments activities, including working closely with the Regulatory Compliance team on local license initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Act as the designated AML/CTF Compliance Officer under the AML Law.
- Implement and develop the compliance programs in Brazil, ensuring the execution of effective and appropriate controls that reflect the business’ inherent risks and regulatory requirements.
- Develop policies, procedures (in both English and Portuguese), and risk assessments for new products and services, and work closely with Regulatory Compliance personnel to obtain local registrations and authorizations.
