Ripple is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us secure the elite talent necessary to drive our high-frequency growth and algorithmic innovation. As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will be a crucial architect of our talent pipeline, owning the end-to-end process for specialized Quantitative Engineers and Researchers.
