This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a high-performing CX Overlay AE in Small Business to join our Contact Center Practice. This role is strictly focused on new logo acquisition within the Small Business segment, driving the adoption of our disruptive AI-first solution, RingCX. If you thrive on identifying untapped opportunities and closing high-velocity deals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is your seat.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive New Logo Acquisition: Drive revenue growth by identifying and winning new customers within the Small Business segment, positioning RingCX as the premier solution for their contact center needs.

  • Be the Trusted RingCX Advisor: Communicate and demonstrate the value of RingCentral’s AI-first Contact Center portfolio—including RingCX, Workforce Engagement, and omnichannel capabilities—to senior stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
