This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Employment Counsel to join our Legal team. In this role, you will provide practical, business-focused legal advice across a wide range of employment matters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to help manage risk, support compliance, and enable the business to scale effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Advise on a broad range of domestic and international employment and labor law matters, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour, investigations, and terminations
Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements, policies, and templates to ensure compliance and consistency
Manage and advise on internal investigations, employment-related claims, demand letters, audits, and administrative complaints
