  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface performance trends, cohort behavior, and leading indicators

  • Own analysis across the full growth funnel (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention + upsell), identifying the biggest opportunities to drive impact

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, measure, and interpret experiments

  • Develop clear narratives from data—connecting what’s happening to why it’s happening and what we should do next

  • Analyze channel performance, messaging tests, and audience segments to improve efficiency and conversion rates
