from Red Hat careersWe are hiring a Senior Digital Strategist to lead digital strategy and orchestration across APAC. This role partners closely with Global Digital and AI teams to translate global innovation into regionally impactful execution.
The role will shape APAC’s digital landscape — spanning omnichannel orchestration, AI-driven experiences, digital platforms, martech enablement, and customer journey analytics — while building strong partnership with field marketing teams across the region.
What you will do:
Digital Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
Define and evolve APAC’s digital strategy and omnichannel orchestration framework
Align owned, web, automation, and AI-driven touchpoints into cohesive end-to-end customer journeys
Lead regional digital roadmap in partnership with global teams
AI & Global Transformation Initiatives
Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing use cases and digital orchestration programs across APAC
Lead high-impact global-to-APAC transformation projects
Ensure regional readiness for personalization and intelligent automation at scale
Digital Platforms Leadership
Oversee APAC digital platforms strategy and governance
Manage and optimize core martech tools (Analytics, personalization platforms)
Partner with global platform teams to ensure scalable, future-ready solutions.
Customer Journey & Analytics
Lead customer journey analytics to identify optimization opportunities across the funnel.
Translate complex data into strategic insights tied to pipeline and revenue.
Define and align KPIs across global and regional stakeholders.
