About the Job: 

The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for an OpenStack Architect to join us in Puteaux, France. In this role, you will work at the customer site as a subject matter expert in Red Hat infrastructure and cloud technology. You'll answer questions about best practices around reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups, as well as lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. As a OpenStack Architect, you will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructure and business issues and make recommendations appropriate to their environment. This is a great opportunity to build on your core base of knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment promoting Red Hat’s solutions.


 

What you will do:

  • Serve as a customer advocate, designing the right solutions and ensuring that they are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way

  • Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams of both technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape and inspire customer use cases and architecture design decisions

  • Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments

  • Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support our cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale
