from Reddit careersWe’re looking for a GTM Enablement Lead for SMB to serve as the bridge between Reddit’s global GTM priorities and the unique needs of our SMB sales organization.
This is a field execution role. You will help translate priority business initiatives, product launches, sales plays, tools, workflows, and commercial programs into simple, repeatable enablement that drives seller behavior change and business impact. You will partner closely with SMB sales leadership and managers to ensure sellers understand what matters, know what great looks like, and can apply priority motions in customer conversations, pipeline creation, account planning, and deal execution. The ideal candidate understands scaled sales environments, knows how to simplify complexity, and can build enablement programs that help sellers move from awareness to fluency to consistent execution.
