We are looking for a thoughtful, high-impact Staff Product Designer to join our Growth Design team. You will help shape how people discover Reddit, convert to app, engage more deeply, and keep coming back. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, turn big goals into strong design strategy, and operate as a co-architect of the roadmap alongside Product and Engineering.
