You can translate complex intelligence and security concepts into tangible and measurable customer value. You are proficient at tailoring your consultative engagement for both tactical and strategic audiences, mapping technical intelligence outcomes to quantifiable business risk reduction. Equipped with strong business acumen, you’re comfortable engaging at all organisational levels, from SOC analysts to CISO’s, and consistently drive successful intelligence outcomes through deep customer understanding, robust stakeholder relationships, and proactive guidance, helping organizations to fully realize the value of Recorded Future’s Intelligence Cloud through unquestionable intelligence-driven ROI and risk reduction.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the technical and strategic success of assigned customer accounts across their entire intelligence journey, from onboarding to renewal
