We are seeking an experienced Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale our billing processes across a global customer base. This role owns the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate, timely, and compliant billing outcomes, while also overseeing collections and ensuring efficient cash realization. You will partner closely with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales and Finance leadership to ensure billing processes are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with business growth. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational execution, strong judgement, and process ownership, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do:
Billing Operations & Collections
- Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won, including billing setup, validation, and delivery
- Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize downstream errors and revenue impact
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues, disputes, and exceptions
- Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution
- Monitor and drive performance against key metrics such as DSO, past due balances, and collection effectiveness
