About the RoleScaled Customer Success owns the onboarding, activation, and growth of Ramp’s self-service customers. We are placing a big bet on the belief that there is significant untapped potential in our self-service accounts. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s Customer Success organization and define the scaled customer implementation motion to drive activation and retention.
